Chris Hemsworth has put on more brawn than ever in the previous year and a half, becoming rugged enough to portray a pro wrestler in the Hulk Hogan biopic. He’s also challenged himself out of his personal bubble, both physically and emotionally, for the new documentary series Limitless, which investigates the many approaches employed throughout the world to live a prolonged, better, and more fulfilling life.
Chris Hemsworth, now 38, is known for his devotion to keeping in shape, and frequently resorts to late-night gym visits after a long day of shooting scenes. However, as work jeopardises stymie all of our healthy ambitions, being able to pull a quick and effective session out of the bag is critical for staying active on a regular schedule.
Luke Zocchi has devised a circuit in the workout below so that each exercise seems increasingly difficult, but as you will see, slowing down the mighty Thor is no easy task. This 10-minute bodyweight circuit is appropriate for sportsmen of all tiers, so if you want to make the system a little more difficult, reduce the relaxation time and keep progressing. Decrease the exercise time or raise the rest interval if you are just starting out on your fitness journey. As Zocchi shows, you may even use your hands or feet to help with some of these techniques.

The workout “No Limit”
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second break before going on to the next. Then repeat the circuit a second time. Round two will seem more difficult, but the entire thing will be completed in 10 minutes.
- Climbers on the mountain
- Squats
- Shoulder taps in plank position
- Lunges backwards
- Situps on a bicycle
