    Yami Gautam is an early riser and believes in functional training alongside yoga and dancing. She can be seen doing yoga poses in a series of Instagram photographs, each of which is labelled with the name of the asana and its advantages. She also loves outdoor activities which require minimum or no equipment.

    Regular yoga practice can guarantee good overall health in terms of a sound body and mind. The best emotional wellness may be maintained when the mind is at ease.     Yami surely believes in cheat meals once in a while. There’s no meal plan as such that she would follow. She eats a banana before her workout. If one follows an erratic schedule, bananas are the easiest and most effective pre-workout snacks. And everyone deserves the pleasure of food and one should never be denied anything they crave. Moderation is key, however. If you eat everything in controlled portions, you won’t need cheat meals.

    As for Yami, she enjoys light meals throughout the day and starts her day with fresh fruit juices. She consumes a protein-rich breakfast consisting of egg whites, fruit smoothies, shakes, and almonds. Gautam consumes dal, chicken curry, roti, rice, yoghurt, and salad for lunch; and a straightforward brown bread vegetable sandwich as her evening snack. For dinner, she enjoys grilled chicken usually. She consistently maintains herself hydrated by consuming 9 to 10 glasses of water per day. In a day, she drinks two cups of green tea. Her exercise tips are easy to implement.
