    Yasmin Karachiwala Illustrates A ‘Full Body Blast’ Training Schedule

    Yasmin Karachiwala has always had our back. The fitness trainer, who is known for monitoring Bollywood celebrities such as Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Bipasha Basu, and Vaani Kapoor, is constantly posting fitness tips on Instagram for her fans. Yasmin’s Instagram feed is filled with tidbits from her own fitness journals. On her Instagram account, the fitness trainer believes in providing motivation to her followers on a daily basis. When it comes to health and fitness, Yasmin Karachiwala has always got us covered, whether it’s a workout routine or a healthy recipe.

    The fitness trainer recently shared a video compendium of five workouts that target a variety of muscles throughout the body. Yasmin can be seen in the clip showing several exercise routines for her fans. Yasmin began the day with DB squats and progressed to single arm row to knee up press. Throughout the routine, Yasmin can be seen using very little equipment – she only used dumbbells. Yasmin can be seen later in the video performing seated figure 8 by working on her leg muscles. Then she’s seen doing the windmill routine.

    Yasmin finished the full-body blast workout with figure 4 hip thrusts. “Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, you can do this full-body workout anywhere, at any time. I’ve got your back,” read a portion of Yasmin’s caption. Look at this:

    Yasmin also mentioned the time allotted to people at various stages of workouts – beginner, intermediate, or advanced. For beginners, Yasmin suggested 30 seconds of exercise followed by 30 seconds of rest. Yasmin suggested 40 seconds of workout followed by 20 seconds of active rest for the intermediates. Yasmin suggested 50 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest for people who have reached an advanced level of fitness.

    Full-body workouts aid in calorie burning and muscle building. It also aids in the development of body flexibility and the efficiency of workouts. Full-body workouts also aid in the improvement of physical strength.
