    • For optimal results, perform this action quickly while holding a plank position.

    Abs workout move 5: Deadbug

    One of the most powerful core activation motions.

    • Begin by lying on your back with your arms up towards the ceiling and your legs bent to 90 degrees.
    • Extend your right arm over your head and push your left leg out at the same moment; hold for a few seconds before returning to the centre.
    • Continue alternating on both sides.
    • Maintain contact with the floor with your lower back throughout the action.
