Exercise daily
If you want a body like Disha’s, you’ll have to work for it every day.
“I work out every day, and my routine usually consists of cardio in the mornings, such as dancing, kickboxing, or gymnastics, and weight training in the evenings,” she explained. “The key is to do enough and do it frequently enough. A minimum of 30 minutes of moderate exercise or 15 minutes of vigorous exercise per day, “to keep one’s health.”
Hydrate
Disha prioritises hydration, as evidenced by her water bottle “which is the most crucial aspect of any workout. The daily four-to-six cup rule is for people who are generally healthy. They keep going. There is, however, such a thing as overhydration.”
Lift weights

Disha prefers weight lifting to cardio. The most common misconception, she says, is that “women working out involve cardio rather than weight training. But we all work out and lift heavy weights; I see so many girls in the gym working out hard. At the end of the day, it’s all about working on your body and becoming your fittest self.”
BFFs with protein and carbs
Disha eats a healthy, well-balanced diet to fuel her workouts. Her exercise regimen is “supplemented” by a “protein-carbs” diet. “I’ve developed a bad habit of not eating anything in the mornings before working out because it makes me feel very full while exercising.”
However, it is strongly advised to consume a small meal before working out that contains some protein, such as eggs. After working out, it’s a good idea to replenish your protein stores with chicken, eggs, or paneer.”
Cheat without guilt
Disha is one of many celebrities who swear by cheat days. “I adore them; in fact, I look forward to cheat-days all week. Depending on my diet and shooting schedule, I sit down once a week and eat whatever I can fit into my stomach.”
Kickbox

Disha enjoys fighting her way to a hot body through kickboxing. She recently posted an Instagram video demonstrating her kick-butt skills, and her followers were blown away.
Traditional boxing is good for your health as well. “There is no evidence that fitness boxing is superior to other forms of exercise, but it does have numerous health benefits. The first is power.”
Swinging your arms increases upper-body resilience by moving the muscles in your arms and shoulders. And when you’re in the boxer crouch with a wide stance and slightly bent knees, you’re strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs.
