Wall balls are also an excellent approach to improve complete body strength and power since they target important muscular groups such as glutes, hamstrings, calves, core, shoulders, biceps, quads, triceps, and your heart and lungs.

How should it be done?
- Make sure you get bolt upright, with a good core, and flat afterwards.
- Hold a drugs ball in each hand, face a wall, and make sure you’re around 5 feet away.
- Toss the ball in the direction of the wall.
- Catch the ball when it rebounds again and bring it up and behind your head.
- Rep the action.
