    As indicated by her social media posts, Sayani is really interested in practising yoga. Yoga’s goal is to increase strength, awareness, and harmony in both the mind and the body. A vigorous practise may help build muscle and substantially raise metabolism, and breathing freely and deeply stimulates circulation, which also helps the metabolism to run smoothly. A little pranayama, some upper body strength, and some opening work, of course.

They improve blood circulation from the pelvis to the heart and are beneficial to the spine, skin, hair, and brain.

    Sayani, a dance enthusiast, refers to it as her “longest relationship” and “forever friend.”
