    Sara’s Instagram feed is bursting with fitness motivation, whether it’s getting rid of holiday weight gain or returning to the gym after a few days away. The actor declares being a pilates girl with pride. Sara also believes in posting the excerpts on her Instagram account in an effort to inspire her followers to quit being couch potatoes and actually hit the gym.

    Initially, Sara began her weight-loss programme with intense cardio exercises. She knows the importance of sweating out. “I simply started eating healthy and began working out when in New York. There were so many different types of classes in that city, from functional training to boxing to cycling. But because I was so overweight at the start, my routine was more about cardio-heavy workouts like walking, cycling and hitting the treadmill—so that I could lose the weight before entering the intermediate forms of exercise,” she confirmed.

    PILATES WITH NAMRATA PUROHIT

    “Pilates is definitely the backbone of my fitness,” says Ali Khan, who considers it the way she builds her strong core. “It strengthens body balance and works on your core, which is the powerhouse of your entire body. Doing Pilates has enabled me to gain strength that’s not only helpful in looking good but also in boosting physical stamina,” she shared. Namrata Purohit, who is a celebrity fitness trainer shared a video on her Instagram wherein the duo are seen working out together. “Movement should be as fluid as water, water is flexible, can take any shape or form, and yet strong, nothing can stop it. Moving with my #PilatesGirl @saraalikhan95,” Namrata captioned the post.

    The actress regularly undergoes boot camp training under Cindy Jourdain; who also happens to the boot camp trainer for Mira Rajput Kapoor.
