Ingredients
- Beetroot 300g
- Carrot 100g
- Apple 100g
- ½ inch Ginger
- ½ tsp teaspoon Lemon
- Salt, to taste/optional
Method
- Juice the beets, carrot, apple, and ginger; blend thoroughly and drain to remove all the fibre.
