    Recently, the diva took to social media to upload a video directly from the gym in which she was seen making training look simple while nailing jump squats, dumbbell goblet squats, leg extension variation, and more. To get the athleisure look, she wore a round-neck cut sleeve white crop top with a pair of grey shorts and a pair of shoes, with her hair tied back into a ponytail hairdo.

    Sara Ali Khan’s workout begins with her completing a series of core exercises, beginning with jump squats and progressing to lunges with a dumbbell in each hand. Sara was next seen doing dumbbell shoulder-to-shoulder presses followed by dumbbell goblet squats to efficiently tone her physique.

    Sara finished her workout, flaunting a killer waistline and washboard abs, by resting her hands firmly on the floor and her legs high up on a bench and working on her quadriceps, which are the major muscles at the front of the thighs. Despite the fact that this was a part of her advertorial shoot, we are very excited to get out of bed and get to work this mid-week.
