Chris posted a brief video compilation of a workout routine focusing on the upper body and arms. He also urged his fans to do the intense routine at least ten times in order to get the most out of it. He can be seen in the video working out his arm muscles with battle rope for 40 repetitions. Then he’s seen slamming a gym ball on the floor for 10 reps.
Chris can be seen performing pushups by balancing his body on the gym ball for 10 repetitions while using the gym ball as equipment. Chris is then seen using two dumbbells and performing 10 Reverse Lunge Curls. He finished his workout with a sit-through for 10 repetitions.
He also stated in the video that this workout focuses on developing the upper body and chiselling the muscles of the respective area. “Try to complete 10 rounds of this functional upper body burner.” “It’ll set your arms on fire and help you achieve legendary status the next time you wear a tank top,” Chris concluded in his post.
