Quarantines or curfews, at-home exercises aren’t going away, and Lalvani is proof of that. She maintains a physically active home atmosphere while raising a family and maintain her ‘Lisa Haydon’s fitness routine’. Lalvani began working out at the age of 11. “I owe it all to my mother, who, despite having eight children, always made time for exercise. In between managing us, she’d work out with Jane Fonda, Kathy Smith, and Cindy Crawford. I quickly joined her since I enjoyed aerobics and the music that went with it, as well as the stunning swimwear these women wore.” In 2016, Lalvani told Vogue. If you don’t have the opportunity to surf as she does, you can always make time for a daily jog as part of Lisa Haydon’s fitness routine.

It’s more about listening to your body and creating a programme that works for you than it is about working hard every day of the week. “I’ve had a fairly lazy pregnancy,” Lisa Haydon says, “emphasising the need of being realistic and gradually embracing a healthy routine. Of course, I realise that being healthy might lead to better labour, etc., but I believe it’s critical to remember at this point that no matter how hard I exercise, I’ll just get bigger. So, with that in mind, let’s get started. “#healthynotskinny,” she said on Instagram.

No, we don’t advocate trying this act at home, but you can stretch (because it’s a part of Lisa Haydon’s fitness routine)! It can help you improve your posture, tighten your muscles, reduce back discomfort, and avoid injuries and muscular soreness. While strengthening your flexibility, also aids in the development of a stronger physique as you age. If you’re new to stretching, start with a static stretch, which entails holding a stretch for 10-30 seconds. As your strength improves, transition to dynamic stretches (actively shifting postures) before exercising.
