    She begins the regimen with a reverse lung and kick, which consists of traditional lunges followed by high kicks. The second exercise was the Spiderman climb, which involved starting in a plank position and then moving one leg towards the hands while the other stretched out. The third exercise was a squat jump, which involved performing a jump squat and then landing on the ground with both hands on the floor. Yasmin finished her routine with Glute Bridge walking, which involves positioning her body in the bridge position and then moving her legs into the walking position.
