When most people think of glute exercises, they envision traditional squats and lunges to shape and strengthen the buttocks. However, there is more to it than meets the eye. Glute exercises help with pelvic alignment, balance, keeping the body upright, and pushing forward. These workouts, if done on a regular basis, can help with physical activities like running and walking, and in a recent Instagram video, celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala demonstrated a few advanced glute exercises that can be done without any equipment.
Yasmin never stops sharing workout and diet tips with her followers after training celebrities such as Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, and Vaani Kapoor. Take a look at what she said this time.
