    The diva posted a video on Instagram demonstrating a yoga practice that enhances eyesight and promotes blood circulation in the eye area.

    The actress shared a video on Netra Yoga, or an eye cleansing regimen, to keep her eyes healthy, especially while she is staring at a computer for lengthy periods of time.

    “I recently heard that prolonged exposure to screens promotes dryness and red eye, which is now known as ‘computer vision syndrome.’ This discovery made me very concerned”, Shilpa wrote in her post.

    She suggested setting aside a few minutes each day to do what is known as an eye-cleaning routine. When a person’s eyes are exposed to screens for an extended period of time, they may develop dryness and poor visual quality.

    Shilpa stated, “To guarantee that there is enough moisture in the eyes, while we cannot resist technology, we can take excellent care of our eyes by keeping them moist. Schedule some time during the day to do the Eye Cleansing regimen or Netra Yoga.”

    She was spotted rolling her eyes sideways and then turning around. “This routine helps improve vision. It also helps comfort or reduce digital eye strain, prevents eye dryness, and increases blood circulation toward the eye region, thereby improving concentration.
