    Natarajasana (Dancer pose)

    Shilpa performed Natarajasana as the third and last movement. Shilpa can be seen standing on one leg. This stance promotes weight reduction and is an excellent calorie burner. Stretching and strengthening the legs, chest, hips, and abdominal muscles will benefit from practising this position.
