Advantages of Fitistan Squat Hold Challenge–
- The squat hold is a laborious isometric exercise for developing lower body strength and core control.
- It can be used as a warm-up, an active recovery exercise, or as a self-contained workout within any workout.
- To perform correctly, the exercise necessitates proper ankle and hip mobility.
How to do the Fitistan squat hold challenge
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and fractionally converted out for convenience. Set the shoulders and engage the core.
- Raise your arms in front of your chest and squat down gradually, pushing your knees forwards so they stay over your toes. Squat until the hip crease is below knee level, then maintain balance and stability by keeping the arms in front.
- Hold this position for a few moments, breathing easily.
