This is a challenge for everyone who is always running the marathon of life! This challenge was created to provide you with the lovely legs and thighs you’ve always desired while simultaneously supporting you in your everyday chores. Flutter kicks are ideal for burning between 20 and 120 calories in a single session. That may not seem like much, but it’s the same amount of calories you’ll burn jogging for 15 minutes at a medium pace!
We had great hopes that you would accomplish this Fitistan Friday Fitness Challenge with the same zeal as you did the prior time. And if it makes you excited for the next one, you haven’t let us down. Now comes the thrilling part.
