When asked how to tone one’s abs, she said, “Pilates works extremely well to tone your abs.” Any workout that strengthens and flattens your abs will strengthen and flatten them.” She went on to say that to obtain a toned figure at any age, one needs to include some weight training in their workout programme.
Chhavi also revealed her ultimate fitness objective. “Even when I’m 90, I want to be as healthy as possible,” she remarked.
