Anshuka Parwani, a yoga trainer known for schooling Bollywood celebrities such as Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, and Ananya Panday, shared a short video of five yoga asanas that can be done at home.

    Anushka wrote that instead of waking up and checking our phones, we should roll out our yoga mats and begin incorporating healthy habits into our daily routines. Anshuka demonstrated Butterfly, Viparita Karani, Bhujangasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana, and Pavanamuktasana in the video. These yoga asanas have numerous benefits, ranging from stretching the abdominal and core muscles to strengthening the arms and legs. “When you wake up, roll out your mat (or practise on the bed) and try these Yoga Asanas you can do every day,” she wrote.
