Remember when the balancing technique was employed as a school time punishment? It showed out to have some incredible advantages. A hearty hurrah to everyone who got trapped in trouble and had to start this exercise from the beginning! The Balance Challenge was a blast from the past that brought back a flood of memories. We saw that a large number of you engaged in and supported this challenge, as well as prior ones.
While some of you nailed the challenge, there were a handful who completely blew us away with their accuracy, technique, flair, and timing. Congratulations to each and every one of you, and for those who believe they did not win, you did. You won the moment you decided to take on this challenge.
