Yasmin Karachiwala took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a video with Katrina Kaif. Katrina opens the tape by informing Yasmin that she has to perform some stretching exercises at the gym since she is feeling lethargic. Yasmin responds, “Katy, I’ve got exactly the stretches for you to get rid of your lethargy. Allow me to demonstrate.” Yasmin is shown in the film performing several Reformer stretch types at the gym, including Knee Stretch, Thigh Stretch, Down Stretch, Up Stretch, Long Stretch, and Tendon Stretch. “When Katrina Kaif says she wants to stretch because she’s feeling lazy, I know precisely the stretching exercises that would shoo the sloth away,” she captioned the photo.

Yasmin begins the video by performing the Knee Stretch with one knee on the Reformer and the other leg on the floor. Then, using the machine, she stretches the knee back and forth to make the lower body more flexible. The Thigh Stretch is the second exercise. In this exercise, Yasmin kneels on the Reformer and bends her body while keeping her back straight while clutching a harness. For the third and fourth stretches, Yasmin performed a Down Stretch and an Up Stretch. She next did the Long Stretch and Tendon Stretch.
