Sonnalli Seygall, a fitness enthusiast, is sharing some tips on how to keep active and healthy. The star took to Instagram to discuss the ten things she does to keep healthy other than exercising. “If you do even 5 of them, you’re on the right road,” she said in the caption.

    Inversions

    Inverted asanas, yoga inversions, or headstands are known to reverse the impact of gravitational force on the body, causing the flow to travel away from the feet and towards the head. As the seventh chakra, sometimes known as the crown chakra, is thought to be invigorated by this backward movement, practitioners are reported to feel refreshed and revitalised. Sonnalli Seygall has found her way to fitness!

    Hydration

    We cannot emphasise enough how important it is to be hydrated at all times. “Good hydration is essential for improving blood circulation, energy levels, and overall wellness.” It also helps to build immune system defences and improve resilience to stress and infections, promoting normal brain function and digestion.” Nutritionist Karishma Chawla

    Instead of ordinary milk, use plant-based milk

    Plant-based milk might be a decent substitute for normal milk if you are vegan or lactose intolerant. Soy milk, almond milk, cashew milk, and oat milk are all plant-based milk choices. Sonnalli Seygall has opted for this and we can clearly see the positive impact!

    According to various studies, regular sauna bathing is connected with a lower risk of cardiovascular diseases and sudden cardiac death, hypertension, Alzheimer’s disease, and dementia. Sonnalli Seygall is living her best life with the sauna and so can you!

    Bringing homemade meals on planes
