Inversions
Inverted asanas, yoga inversions, or headstands are known to reverse the impact of gravitational force on the body, causing the flow to travel away from the feet and towards the head. As the seventh chakra, sometimes known as the crown chakra, is thought to be invigorated by this backward movement, practitioners are reported to feel refreshed and revitalised. Sonnalli Seygall has found her way to fitness!
Hydration

Instead of ordinary milk, use plant-based milk
Plant-based milk might be a decent substitute for normal milk if you are vegan or lactose intolerant. Soy milk, almond milk, cashew milk, and oat milk are all plant-based milk choices. Sonnalli Seygall has opted for this and we can clearly see the positive impact!
Sauna
According to various studies, regular sauna bathing is connected with a lower risk of cardiovascular diseases and sudden cardiac death, hypertension, Alzheimer’s disease, and dementia. Sonnalli Seygall is living her best life with the sauna and so can you!
Bringing homemade meals on planes
Mita Sukla, Chief Nutritionist, Fortis Hospital, Anandapur, previously stated that when we cook meals at home, we are aware of the components, as well as the quality and amount that go into it.
“At home, because food is made in small quantities, consumption is also maintained to a minimum. Thus, home-cooked meals made with modest levels of fat and high-quality ingredients are always a preferable choice for living a healthy lifestyle.”
In the morning, do a little stretch and meditate
Morning stretching and meditation may relieve stress, promote mobility, and lessen pain. They also assist with posture and concentration. Sonnalli Seygall has set her priorities straight by opting for a little stretching first thing in the morning.
Plant juices
A glass of green juice made from bottle gourd, cucumber, celery, mint leaves, and other spices is an excellent method to keep energised.
Consuming greens
Remember to eat your greens! Green veggies provide your daily vitamin intake while also benefiting bone, muscle, and heart function.
Green tea consumption
According to a 2010 NCBI review, green tea drinking has also been associated to the protection of numerous forms of cancer, including lung, colon, oesophagal, oral, stomach, small intestine, kidney, pancreas, and mammary gland cancer.
Yoga
Yoga not only keeps you physically fit and active, but it also improves your mental health by improving focus and alleviating symptoms of anxiety and despair.
