What benefits does the side plank pose provide?
According to Parwani, it strengthens the core and arms while also improving balance and coordination.
She also shared the mantra for mastering difficult or difficult asanas. “This one is extremely difficult, but not difficult to accomplish with the right guidance and practise.”
Kareena has previously demonstrated her love for fitness by mastering difficult yoga asanas.
