PANCAKE WITH HEALTHY CHOCOLATE PROTEIN AND OATMEAL – Rashmika Style
REQUIRED INGREDIENTS-
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 3 dates
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 3 tablespoons oats
- 1 scoop chocolate whey powder
- 1 tablespoon ghee
Why Rashmika used these ingredients?
Banana
Bananas can be eaten with other breakfast dishes in the morning. You should, however, avoid consuming them on an empty stomach. If you have a cough, cold, or respiratory issues, you should avoid eating bananas at night.
Egg whites

STEP 1
Rashmika filled a blender jar halfway with sliced bananas.
