The Key To Mini Mathur Exercise Routine Is ‘Balance’

While performing the boat stance yoga asana, commonly known as ‘Navasana,’ Mini Mathur achieved a pose. It is critical to maintaining a sense of balance in one’s life, especially in today’s society where individuals do not take even a moment to think about themselves while the world around them changes by the second.

Mini Mathur, whose Instagram account is full of photographs of travel and happiness, recently posted an effective truth about the need of maintaining a healthy state of balance. She struck a position in her training clothes, a white t-shirt and a pair of green stretchy trousers while practising the boat stance yoga asana, commonly known as ‘Navasana.’

Stretching your legs in the air and grasping for them with your arms — which should be parallel — while maintaining your weight and resting on your haunches is how Navasana is normally done. It can help to strengthen the core muscles as well as the hips, as well as relax and stretch the hamstring muscles.

“Balance,” stated the accompanying caption. “That’s the goal I’m aiming for. I alternate between being joyful in my bubble and heartbroken for the world’s situation. It’s difficult to strike a balance between being a successful worker and being a decent parent. Between staying in shape and eating the foods I adore. Between being a loyal friend and a good spouse,” the 46-year-old continued. “It’s a balance of trendy, stylish, and comfortable. Between pursuing my aspirations and serving as a rock for people I care about. Between the two extremes of stability and flight. “Does anyone else feel the same way?”

The television host could not have picked a more appropriate asana to describe the notion of body and mind harmony. She emphasised the duality of life and the importance of finding a middle ground in any situation – good or terrible.

The poignant post also touched on issues that Mathur faces on a daily basis, much like the rest of us: combining career and parenting responsibilities, sticking to a fitness routine while simultaneously wanting to eat comfort food, and so on.

Balance is the key to controlling one’s mind and stopping it from spiralling out of control, and yoga can help with that.
