Lizelle D’Souza, who recently lost over 40 kilos, has finally opened up about her weight loss journey. Lizelle recently revealed on Instagram how regular walking and adhering to a Keto diet helped her achieve fitness goals.

“I cheat a lot, but I’m pleased with my progress as my inches have shrunk.” “I do get to indulge, so I’m content with the scale dropping 500 grammes or one kilogramme per week,” she wrote on Instagram.
“Three weeks of just walking, no weight training…nothing but steps and yoga and eating basic, normal food,” she says.
To be honest, Keto works like a charm when it comes to losing weight on a daily basis. Neha Ranglani is the best because she has been so helpful to me on my journey. She is so understanding that she allows me to take breaks and then return based on how my body reacts differently each time, as it has come a long way. But I believe my body became stubborn and stopped responding, resulting in a slew of digestive issues. “Then I realised I needed a break, so I began normal calculative eating and just putting in steps,” she explained, adding that she has grown to “love cardio.”
