Losing weight can be difficult because not everyone’s metabolism is quick. When it comes to success, metabolism is the key. We are all aware that each individual is unique and may face unique challenges. Metabolism is genetically determined and varies from person to person. It is the process by which the body breaks down food and converts it into energy. It cannot be changed magically, but there are methods for improving it. One simple way is to incorporate more healthy foods into your diets, such as green leafy vegetables and fruits. Increase your intake of citric fruits, which not only boosts your immunity but also helps you lose weight.
Ginger mango drink
Fill a pitcher with 1/2 inch thinly sliced ginger root. Add a half cup of finely chopped frozen mango, some mint leaves on top and lots of ice cubes. Then fill it with water and close the lid. Allow all of the ingredients to infuse the water for an hour before storing it in the refrigerator. After an hour or so, remove the pitcher, pour it into a glass with some fresh mango chunks, and sip it. This refreshing drink will not only boost your metabolism but will also improve your taste buds.
Apple cinnamon water

Then, add 2 cups of ice cubes and fill with water until the lid can be closed. Refrigerate the pitcher for at least an hour before serving. After an hour, remove the glass and fill it with apple slices and mint leaves. Also, when the water level is down to 1/4 full, refill with water. To keep the flavour, repeat the process several times. This water can be stored for up to 24 hours before being reused to make more.
