Kriti Sanon Enjoys A Mountain Exercise Routine: ‘who Requires A Gym?’

    Kriti Sanon is the latest celebrity to advocate for the idea that a good workout session can take place outside of the gym if one is dedicated and wishes to stick to a schedule. For quite some time, fitness enthusiasts have insisted on this.

    Sanon, who is currently in Ladakh filming for her upcoming film Ganapath, made sure to keep herself in shape by doing high-intensity squats with rocks.

    She was joined by her trainer Karan Sawhney, with whom she had previously shared some workout videos, and they demonstrated squats with rocks as weight.

    They supported their weight while holding the rocks in their hands, and they were seen attempting squat jumps in another part of the video.

    Sanon, who was working out in a makeshift stall near the main road, was dressed in a black jacket, stretchy gym pants, and sneakers. Sukriti Grover, her stylist, also joined her.

    It’s fine if you can’t find a gym while travelling; you can work out in unconventional ways, as demonstrated by the actor here. It should be noted that squats are an excellent exercise for increasing muscle strength, particularly in the legs and hips. They can also improve the health of your bones, particularly the knee.

    Squat jumps, on the other hand, can be used as a cardio exercise. It can help you tone your muscles and lose weight.
