Are you too tired to exercise this week? All you have to do is check out Milind Soman’s wife Ankita Konwar’s new yoga video. The fitness fanatic swears by yoga for her overall well-being and constantly encourages her fans and followers to live a healthy lifestyle.
On Monday, she posted a video of herself doing yoga in the hills and urged her followers to prioritise their health. Ankita performed several yoga asanas in the short video. The images were accompanied by a motivational voiceover in which the marathon runner explained why it is critical to “show up, every single day.”

“Yoga, like few other things, teaches us discipline and patience.” We cannot purchase health. We will not become healthy overnight. We can’t rely on others or cheat our way to a healthy body and mind. Nobody is to blame for not being healthy. We also cannot ask someone else to get healthy on our behalf. It will only happen if we show up every day and are extremely patient. “And that’s a life lesson,” Ankita is heard saying in the video.
Milind Soman also praised Ankita’s video and expressed his feelings in the comments section. “Amazing,” he said.
