    Fit Bharat Friday Challenge : Steps! Take part and win fitness gift hampers

    This week’s Fit Bharat Challenge involves your working your way through your issues. In a nutshell, the step challenge. Walking for fun and health does not have to be confined to meandering around your neighborhood streets by yourself. There are numerous clubs, places, and tactics available to help you make walking a fun and social part of your daily routine. But why are you walking?

    Regular brisk walking can assist you in the following ways:

    • Maintaining a healthy weight and losing body fat
    • Prevent or control a variety of illnesses such as heart disease, stroke, hypertension, cancer, and type 2 diabetes.
    • Increase your cardiovascular fitness.
    • Increase the strength of your bones and muscles.
    • Increase your muscle endurance.
    • Increase your energy levels.
    • Increase your mood, cognition, memory, and sleep quality.

    What’s the catch? 

    The Step challenge lasts for four days. The participants are asked to count their steps each day and report the total number. A minimum of 10,000 steps should be taken each day; otherwise, the participant will not be evaluated for the winning position.

    Eligibility criteria to qualify for Fit Bharat Friday Challenge:
