    Adho Mukha Svanasana

    Aside from its physical benefits, Adho Mukha Svanasana helps to relax the mind and relieves headaches, insomnia, and fatigue. It also improves blood flow to the brain.

    How should I perform?
    • Kneel on the floor, keeping your knees hip-width apart.
    • Put your hand into the ground.
    • Straighten both elbows and knees, with heels on the floor and ears on the inner arms.
    • Raise the hips into an inverted ‘A’ shape.
