Summer has arrived, and you, like us, are most likely finalising your yearly trip plans. A holiday, on the other hand, does not appear out of nowhere. There is also a good chance that you may stray from your healthy eating and workout objectives. We don’t blame you; tasting new, local cuisine is an important aspect of seeing a new city or country—but bingeing to the point where your health won’t forgive you isn’t necessary. Eat often
Contrary to common opinion, when on vacation, you should focus on how often and how much you eat, rather than what you consume. That’s when the weight starts to pile up. Continue to take your antioxidant supplements so that you can flush the poisons from your body.
Get as much exercise as possible.
Move about as much as you can. Whenever possible, walk instead of choosing a motorised method of transportation. It’s critical to keep active when eating cuisine that may include more calories than your typical meal.
