Aditya Roy Kapoor, the Bollywood star, made his acting debut in 2009 with London Dreams.

Aditya exercises twice a day
The Ok Jaanu star works out twice a day. He goes to the gym in the morning and then runs in the evening.
Kapoor enjoys body sculpting activities that focus on conditioning his muscles.
Every day, he also does core strengthening workouts and weight training.
To keep active, Kapoor also engages in flexibility exercises.
The key to fitness is to have no life: In an interview, Kapoor said that his fitness secret is having no life.
“It’s simply not having any life. Being unable to eat and drink as you choose. It’s all quite sad. I don’t believe it’s worthwhile “He revealed this to Bollywood Hungama.
He went on to explain that when he first started filming, he would gain weight and then lose it again.

Kapoor underwent a major physical metamorphosis for his most recent film, Rashtra Kavach Om. His workout programme comprised both action training and weight lifting. He went through four months of action training.
Kapoor did two hours of action training in the morning and weight training in the evening.
He also adhered to a rigorous diet consisting of solely proteins, brown grains, and sweet potatoes.

I also had to undertake four months of action training. You lose muscle when you undertake action. It was as if I was performing two hours of action training in the morning and losing muscles, and then attempting to build those muscles back up in the evening. It was almost like an opposite.”

Kapoor often maintains a diet that includes six meals per day.
He eats oats or eggs in some form for breakfast.
His typical meal consists of homemade chicken curry, bhaji, and three chapatis.
He has six cooked eggs for evening snacks and beef with vegetables for supper.
He also consumes three cups of coffee every day.

It took him about a year and a half to sculpt that body, and he had to forego some nice meals to keep the appearance.
Aditya chose ‘Body Sculpting’ routines to tone his muscles rather than build them up.
He works out twice a day, with the morning session generally consisting of exercises and the evening session consisting of jogging.
Every day, he runs for 15 to 20 minutes.
He enjoys outdoor sports such as cricket and football. It gives him full-body exercise.
His fitness programme consists of aerobics and weights.
He works out to tone his back, legs, shoulders, chest, and arms.
