    Telugu actor Jr. NTR’s intense fitness regime is a must try for a chiseled physique

    Telugu superstar Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Jr., aka Jr. NTR has a fitness regime like no other. His fans have gone crazy over his fit and sculpted figure after RRR’s great triumph. Jr. NTR’s outstanding performances cannot be praised without recognizing the work he puts into becoming the role. He is reputed to work out frequently to maintain a toned figure.

    Jr. NTR’s ripped figure is the result of countless hours spent in the gym. He spends 1.5 hours doing cardio and 1.5 hours doing weight training to get his body ready for the movies. In a video that fitness expert Lloyd Stevens posted, the actor can be heard groaning in pain as he lifts weights with his legs.
