Many celebrities promote fitness videos on social media, but none are as skilled as Sussanne Khan at a specific exercise routine: jump squats.
Take a look at the video below, which shows the 43-year-old performing a high-intensity workout: jump-squatting on a box.
The interior designer, dressed in a black tank top and gym pants, completed 50 jump squats as part of her morning routine, jumping over and over on the cubical box.
This is not the first time the mother of two has gone through this exercise.

As previously stated, this high-intensity workout is extremely beneficial to the body. Box jumps involve repeatedly jumping on the surface of a box (an elevated level). It is known to strengthen your core and leg muscles while also increasing your endurance and improving your cardiovascular health and reducing belly fat.
Many celebrities do it because it keeps them fit and agile. It includes cricketer Virat Kohli, who was seen in an old video performing squats on two boxes stacked on top of each other.
