    Milind Soman is a certified fitness expert. The 56-year-old uses social media to share entertaining videos that encourage people to exercise. Surprisingly, his workout sessions do not require a lot of props and are simple to replicate.

    So, what happened when he recently exercised with a tree as a prop? It made for an entertaining video! Take a look at the footage, which shows the actor-model doing pull-ups using a tree branch, which he shared on Instagram.

    “The most difficult place to fight lazy must be Goa,” he wrote in the caption. But you have to be [fit] for at least that minute.”

    Soman evidenced the workout, which can be completed in 30 seconds. He also expressed gratitude to the “tree for being there,” as well as the “crows [that] don’t sound happy.”

    “…you have to do what you have to do!” That’s life,” he wrote at the end of his post.
