Karishma recently took a two-week break from her fitness diaries. However, she is now back in full force and loving it.
Karishma Tanna posted an intense video of herself working out in her gym, making us want to grab our gym shoes and sprint to the gym. The actor shared a video of her leg day routine, which is far too intense. Karishma can be seen in the video beginning her day with a gym ball workout routine. Then she can be seen doing lunges while moving her hands sideways on the gym ball. Karishma can also be seen working on her body balance by jumping on a piece of gym equipment and then standing on one leg. Karishma also demonstrated how to do perfect squats with leg circles.
