    Fitistan will ensure that your weeks begin on a positive note. Prepare for all of the hectic Mondays that are yet to come. This week’s challenge is the Stick Roll Over. Technique-wise and energy-wise, it’s quite simple. We’re taking it slow, so let’s wait for the future 😉

    What’s the Fitistan Stick Roll Over Challenge?

    The challenge forces you to relive your childhood for a while. If you were one of those kids who tried everything with every object found in the garden, this exercise may be familiar to you.

    1. Hold a stick horizontally in front of you. Both palms facing downwards while holding on to the sides of the stick. 
    2. Take any one of your legs and shift them towards the other of the stick from above. 
    3. Do the same with the other leg. 
    4. Now do the same steps in reverse fashion. Take the first keg and shift it in the front followed by the other leg.
