How to do the challenge?
- The Walk Up Challenge is performed by standing and bending down so that your palms contact the ground near your feet.
- Slowly, alternately move your palms forward while remaining firmly planted on the floor. The movement should look to be as if you were walking on all fours, but just your hands should be moving.
- Take four steps forward with your hands.
- Take one of your legs and place it close to the palm of the same side.
- Continue in the same manner with the other. By the end of this phase, you should be in the position of a frog.
- Stand up again, this time with your hands in the air.
- Turn around and do the exercise in the other direction.
