During the journey, he reportedly did not take any pills or substitutes, instead opting for intermittent fasting. When asked about his weight in the Twitter thread, Elon Musk responds that he has lost more than 20 pounds (almost 10 kilogrammes) from his original weight (before he started the weight loss journey).
Elon Musk has been very open about his love of food for the uninitiated. In various interviews and talk shows, he has gushed about food and expressed his desire to do things without working out. In fact, his father, Errol Musk, recently chastised the former for his unhealthy eating habits (and overall lifestyle). Senior Musk stated on a talk show, “Elon is very strong built, but he’s been eating badly.” Apparently, he also advised his son to begin taking diet pills.
