Imitate a humming sound by closing your mouth and breathing out. Sound vibrations should be felt on your fingers. After you’ve completed this procedure, gently place your fingers on your knees.

Close your right nostril with your thumb and exhale through your left nostril. Inhale through your left nostril and exhale through your right nostril.
