In the previous year&#8217;s T20 World Cup, Jadeja did not participate.</p>
<p>The 17-man squad that will play the opening two Tests of the highly anticipated four-match series against Australia will get underway on February 9 in Nagpur. The 34-year-old Jadeja is now undergoing rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy.</p>

<p>Deepika starts her workout with a light run to warm her body up and get the most of her workout. While pilates is a must-do in her <a href="https://www.vogue.in/beauty/content/deepika-padukones-fitness-routine-involves-yoga-pilates-and-concentrated-workouts-rooted-in-balance-and-consistency" target="_blank" rel="noopener">workout regime</a>, she likes to experiment &#8211; whether is strength training, kickboxing or martial arts. Deepika follows a rigorous exercise routine even while she is on the road for work. Her daily schedule is dependent on both her whereabouts and the nature of the role she is playing at that point.</p>
<p>“I do a lot of freehand weights and four to five sets of stretching exercises with 10 to 20 reps in between Pilates or stretching routines. I don’t particularly like running, so I don’t do a lot of conventional gym exercises. I try and exercise as often as I can, but when I’m traveling or shooting, I tend to skip it for days on end&#8221;, said Deepika in an interview.</p>

<li>Occasionally reward yourself.</li>
<li>If you can, stay away from junk food.</li>
<li>Instead of three major meals, spread your food intake out throughout the day.</li>
<li>To improve your health, eat on a regular schedule, and steer clear of late-night meat and dairy consumption.</li>
<li>Eat foods that are fresh, healthful, and high in nutrients.</li>
<li>Eating well and having a positive outlook on health are more important than losing weight.</li>
