<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Because many of the PFC&#8217;s activities are unique to humans and aren&#8217;t seen in the brains of other animals, the researchers believe their findings will help us understand how we developed as a species.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The ACOG suggests consuming 8 to 12 glasses of water per day while pregnant, but if running causes you to become thirsty, drink to your thirst level. During your second and third trimesters, you can continue to add more calories to your everyday diet. Unless told otherwise by your doctor, recreational jogging will not need a higher calorie intake than this.</span></p>
