How often do you delay your breakfast or skip your meal after a heavy workout? How often do you eat right before bedtime? Do you have long gaps between meals? The best times to eat can be a tricky question to answer.</p>

<p><strong>BREAKFAST</strong></p>

<p>“Typically, snacking at night is not caused out of hunger but rather boredom,” says <a href="https://www.seattlesutton.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Rene Ficek, RD</a>. “Additionally, the type of food that is snacked in is usually high calorie, indulgent food items like ice cream, cake, chips, etc.”</p>

<h2><strong>1. Don’t Skip Meals</strong></h2>
<p>If you aren’t eating enough well-balanced meals throughout the day, you may find yourself hungry at night. “Eat three, well balanced meals every day, and include two snacks,” says <span style="color: #333333;"><a style="color: #333333;" href="https://healthy.co.id/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">nutritionist Andrea Cox</a>.</span></p>
<p>Consume enough proteins and carbohydrates to help keep you satiated and prevent you from getting hungry at night.</p>
