Kick dumbbells up to a typical starting position and rotate your hands so your palms are facing you, similar to the top of a biceps curl. Press the dumbbells and rotate your palms to face front in one stroke. Lift until your biceps are near or behind your ears. Pause and then reverse the movement and repeat.</span></p>
