<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Urvashi leapt into a squat stance while kneeling on the ground before rising up to stand upright on her feet. This was accompanied by another leap in which she got down on all fours, did a single push-up, kneeled, jumped, squatted, and then hopped up to stand upright.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are motivated by the diva&#8217;s repetition of the practice to tone her lower abs.</span></p>
