<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain a 4 ft spacing between your feet (with your exact foot on the top of the mat) and elevate your palms in step with your shoulder.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Extend the exact foot at a 90° angle.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bend your right leg and place your weight on your right foot.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Reach your right hand forward and lay it on the mat or a block just beneath your right shoulder.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Raise your left leg such that the thigh is parallel to the ground. Twist your body and hips as you slowly turn your chest to the left. Raise your left hand to the sky.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Retain your focus on the floor or offer it gradually to your primary hand. Maintain a modest bend in your standing leg to avoid hyperextending your knee.</span></li>
