<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Soha picked a lovely training companion for the commencement of the week. She had her child Inaaya start exercising at an early age right in her living room. Parenting may be difficult and sometimes it can take away the time and space needed for exercise, but Soha does not accept such <a href="https://www.fitnessindiashow.com/lazy-just-run-10-minutes-improve-brain-function/">justifications</a>. She feels that when combined with exercise, motherhood can be enjoyable.</span></p>

Soha is shown executing the plank position and using her alternate palms to offer high fives to Inaaya, who is in a similar posture opposite her mother. Later in the video, Soha changed up her typical squats by holding Inaaya on her shoulders and performing the same.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Soha&#8217;s video quickly received a rush of likes and comments from her Instagram family. The nicest reaction, though, came from Soha&#8217;s husband and Inaaya&#8217;s father, Kunal Kemmu. Kunal left a remark with a red heart emoji.</span></p>

<p>“Never a dull moment during our Wednesday workouts. Just when you think you’ve nailed it there’s a twist,” said Soha Ali Khan talking about her workouts with trainer Mahesh.</p>
