										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="p1">Larissa D’sa, a travel creator on Instagram, is currently known for waking up at 4 am for the last few months. And she’s not alone. A community of more than 4000 has joined her for the same. She explains how her mental health shot up, just by waking up early. By waking up at 4 am, she&#8217;s done with her workout, reading and work before breakfast.</p>
<p class="p1">Larissa says,”My point is, when you wake up earlier than your usual time and sleep for an hour in the afternoon, your day is much more productive. Your day starts at 4am, your mind is very quiet. Before sunrise is a very special and sacred hour for your mind.”</p>
<p class="p1">The idea of waking up early to “achieve greater things in life”, “to be a millionaire”, “to become the most successful entrepreneur” fascinated Larissa. She admired people who followed the 5am routine, and thought it was too hard to follow. But with time, she realized that discipline is the highest form of self-love, and that it only means you’re loving yourself more each day.</p>
