You had to walk through your problems in last week’s Fitistan Challenge. This challenge’s enthusiastic response and love are both exhilarating and disturbing. It’s exciting because, well, it’s a fitness challenge, and strange since many people appear to have walked through their issues (*crying*).
In a nutshell, the steps challenge was a success, as were the efforts of a couple of the top 5 finishers.
Walking for enjoyment and wellness does not have to be restricted to a leisurely stroll through your neighbourhood streets. There are numerous clubs, places, and tactics to help you make walking a joyful and social part of your daily routine. And, happily, many people took our counsel seriously; we’re just grateful 🙂
